try different condoms. there are more sensitive ones, some ribbed. you may still be able to get genuine ones made from, I think, sheep intestine - sounds dreadful but I am told they are great.

no one likes them, if you are with one partner then dont use them if you have other birth control and know they are clean, otherwise unless you want someone's dirty disease, i would keep using them till you are in a stable relationship.
