To iranian people it's not important u r white or black, it's no matter u r from another country, and they don't think why u speak in another language.
To Iranian people everyone is the same, believe me. Iranian poeple love to meet foreigners, I'm telling u this coz I'm a member of Hospitality Club and I host many foreigners, and I see how Iranian poeple behave to them, when we go out together.

I'm not Iranian, but I know some of them from my uni. Yes, foreign people can live there, and they do live there. You don't have to be muslim, you just have to wear a scarf and cover ur legs and arms if you are a woman-on the streets of course. Their hospitality is GREAT, they treat you as a king if you are their guest, and they love forigners. I daresay, the capital looks nearly as any Middle-or East European capital-or even better! This covering thing is disturbing for them of course, because many of them are not so commited to islam, but young people always find their way to arrange parties and have fun if they want to.
Don't let yourself be misled by what you see on TV, because true it is, their government is a really f****d up one, but they are really great people, and believe it or not: most of them love the US!!!

Yeah ! right now, there's 3 millions of Afghans and neaby 600,000 of Eraqies who are living in Iran; and life in Iran is so great, much more better than living in England, Germany, or totally Europe, where anybody call you black head or danke haare or anything like that, Iranians are absolutely like neutrons about race and religion like nobody else in the world !
