Depends on what you are doing. Some general good rules for all projects are:

1) Use colors which are compatible together in presentations. Don't use super bright colors nor only bland dull colors.

2) Practice any presentation you must give until you are confident.

3) Be creative. Creativity stands out. Try to be different and you will stand out over he rest.

1. The introduction should be very attractive.
2. The title should be very attractive and selfexplanatory.
3. The project should solve the current burning problem.
4. The outcome of the project should be easily adoptable by all the related usears.
5. The project proposal should be written in simple language, sothat even a lay man can understand it properly.
6. The aesthetic decoration to your project proposal should be meaningfull.
7. The project outcome should be a leverage to already existing technology. If it is so, well and good.
8. The project should be cost effective.
9. The title of the project should be apealing.
