Unless you and your friends are on your way to an acting class, why carry on with faux feelings for their benefit? It is a greater humiliation when you are not true to your feelings.
Now... if you were injured in the fall, and the pain is unbearable, it might be best if you do not go into a hysterical crying fit. I also recommend that you resist the urge to scream "I want my mommy NOW!!" You shouldn't threaten to hold your breath until someone gives you candy. Laying on the ground kicking and screaming, wetting and soiling your pants, demanding to be changed... more examples of inappropriate adult behavior.
Use your own judgement. Try to pick up your feet when you walk.

I think that completely depends on how much pain you're in. If I fell and didn't have any serious injuries, I would definitely laugh. But if I fell and shattered my kneecap, I would more likely be shouting expletives and yelling for someone to get me to the doctor's. Mind you, that would have to be one heck of a fall.

Well, if you're a guy, suck it up, then when you're done laughing, say something along the lines of,"Whoa, that really hurt." If you're a girl, doing the same would be cool, too. But if you've seriously twisted an ancle or something, get to a doc quick.

if it's a lot pain then no... you don't want your friends to think your joking when you're crying and grinding your teeth to keep from screaming because you're really hurt.... though perhaps a mixture of OW!!! Sh*t ouch ouch ouch while smiling and laughing a little is appropriate... you know... assuming you don't need to be rushed to the hospital where you'll be pronounced dead within an hour...

If they are your friends they would want to know that you are injured, I mean what kind of friends do you have if you have to pretend around them? Plus, why is falling humiliating?

I think that you should laugh if you think it was funny. If you're hurt then don't laugh and hopefully your friends are nice enough to help out. If you're hurt and they keep laughing anyways, they're not very good friends.

CONTRARY TO POPULAR BELIEF, IF YOU FALL AND START LAUGHING, YOU WILL BECOME MORE OBVIOUS, AND EVERYONE WILL KNOW YOU ARE TRYING TO COVER UP. I would just be like "Oh Damn it! and punch whoever made you fall, or slap them or whatever something like that
