Ok heres the question, I really hate my dad for not being here for me , he is a "hobo" living in michigan someplace, I am in Florida. For all my life my dad has never been here to support me, and he just got a court order for child suppurt which he owes $40,ooo.
He does not have a house so he never found out he was needed in court. When i find out where he is should I call the police and have him arrested?

Seems to me he is a very miserable man already and has a rotten life. don't you think he has it bad already. yes I know he ditched you but maybe in his mind there might be a reason.

Look, everybody wants a mom and a dad while they're growing up, sadly you picked the short straw, but look at it this way, if you got him arrested he'd still not be able to pay what he owes as he has nothing anyway!, as for you, you've got a mom that loves you and the rest of your life ahead of you to be a better person and one day a better parent than he could ever be!.
Let it go, get on with your life and be happy.

Don't waste a single second of your life worrying about this excuse for a human being. You should celebrate the fact that your Mum brought you up on her own and enjoy your life to the full. Why waste your time and energy on a person who doesn't care one way or the other about you? Don't let hate take up any space in your mind, it will only make you a bitter person. If he spent any time worrying about you or wondering he would have got in touch. Love your Mum and your family and friends because they are deserving of it. Have a great time whatever you do!

I can understand your hatred for your dad. He is a lousy excuse for a man and a dad. He will suffer the consequences of his actions. You need to let go of the anger and get on with your life. Don't allow the anger to interfere in your feature. You can still have a happy life, as for him he will spend the rest of his life running. And that is not a happy life. Your not alone there are a lot of kids who have bums for fathers. You are probably better off with out him in your life. I wish you the best in life.

You need not do anything. He will reap the outcome only of what he had cultivated. Before taking any view or decision, you have got every necessity as to why and how your dad had abonded you in the womb of your maother. There could be chances of some justified reasons on his part.

If you know now that your dad has NOTHING , right? How do expect to get 40,000 from him? Sounds like someone has been listening to mommy talking about what money is owed and what a jerk someone dad is!

You know, forget about getting him arrested. You will not find your peace through that act. You got to accept it in your heart that he was flawed and made mistakes. You need to forgive him within yourself to move forward. I know you might read this and say 'whatever' but it is true and i tell you this for i know how it feels to have pain not resolved.

You could, but it probably wouldn't make you feel better. Have you considered that you were probably better off without him?? Sounds like he hates himself enough for both of you. I know how you feel. But if he wasn't your "dad", He would be just a bum who thinks he doesn't deserve any better. Someone you would feel sorry for.If you find him, I'd have a chat with him first...Then you'll know how to feel.
