Yes.

On the planet Zirt Worble 6 in the Gamma Zeta 5 system it is the only vegetation that does grow, with cannabis forests stretching as far as the eye can see.

Unfortunately, you cannot get cannabis from Zirt Worble 6 because the people there are too stoned to harvest it, and their civilization has completely collapsed. Also, the air fare is $48 trillion trillion dollars, plus taxes and applicable fees.

Absolutely not. It took billions of years to evolve the DNA for the plants that produce cannabis... it is utterly inconceivable that the same thing would spontaneously grow on another planet.

This is a hypothetical question is it not? It would seem to be possible given the right conditions. Whether it actually grows or not is yet to be seen.

Yes, it does! The wierd thing though is that on those other planets the inhabitants use it for, clothing, ropes, oils, fuel, and other domestic applications. Strange. - who knew?!
