So there is no exact figure, well it varies from parent to parent, as one has a more capacity of spending as compared to others.

It depend on the parent's money, but most of the parents will prioritized the percentage of their income to their child's education with some considerations such as the capabilities of the children.

Depends on parents. Some make children to pay credit since 6 years for parents' work on them...
