a more sensible way is:
Following harmless, simple contraceptive is offered to avoid ham from artificial hormones used in birth control pills.
Let her take from day 1 to day 10 of her menstrual cycle, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder mixed with 1 tbsp honey, early morning empty stomach, slowly lick rather than swallow. Just 10 days of cycle. The egg released from 12-18 days of cycle will be weak and will not fertilise.
The action will last only for one cycle.

Yes, That is to say. There is this theory that chances improve if the woman stays in bed with her legs up. Jumping out of bed sure sounds like the opposite but to view this as a way to prevent conception would be a bit optimistic.
If you mean if a man can jump out of bed? Sure, if he gets well soon enough after breaking his leg... he's got 9 months.

I was told that If you want to get pregnant you could put a pillow under your hips to tilt the pelvis back. Or stand on your head :) Seriously though...I know myself the first thing I want to do after sex is use the toilet for a pee. It's hard, but try not to, stay laying in bed for a little while afterwards if you want to get pregnant

yes, but it's not an effective contraception...
(oh, and that's only if you are a woman... if you are a bloke jumping out of bed straight after sex, you haven't put in enough effort, get back in there and do it again!!!)
...if you are a lady & trying to get up the duff, lying there for about 10 mins after & having an orgasm can really help you get preggers as it dips the neck of the womb into the intervaginal seminal pool which (hopefully) is populated in sperm...
...if you don't want a bun in the oven, MAKE HIM BAG IT (or bag it for him, which he should actually enjoy (I know it drives me WILD!!!))

Of course it will, it depends on whether your a man or woman and who you made love too, if your a woman and you made love to a man the laying in the horizontal position allows the sperm to swim along to your egg. if your standing up of course it has to swim uphill- much more arduous,if your a female who made love to a female, the eggs have most likely cracked their shells, if you a man who made love to a woman, then you have probally impregnated her so it's better if you jumped up quickly and ran for your life, her husbands coming up the stairs. if your a man who made love to a man the again it's better if you get up quickly and wipe the **** of your pole before you catch HIV.
