tell someone you know will try to help you, someone you can trust. Keep your head held high and look them straight in the eye when they speak to you. Let them say what they want then turn and walk away. don't let them see how much it hurts because that's all they are doing it for. Always remember you are better than them and the problem they have with you is their problem not yours. Try not to let them get you down they are not worth it. Most importantly talk to someone you need support even if its just a chat when you've seen these vile people. good luck.

First of all, tell someone who can help you, like a teacher.

The psychology of the bully is that they look for certain things in a victim. One is that the victim tends to look down and back away when approached by the bully which gives the bully a feeling of superiority and the sense that they have the upper hand. So, look them in the eye, stand your ground, keep your head up, and move towards them. It's a start. Good luck.

See, by the Gandhian principle, non-violence is the best thing. Ignore them, if they hurt you only verbally. They themselves will get bored of these things.
If you have already tried this, try talking to your parents and the head of the school. Avoid confrontation and violence as much as you can. You will hurt only yourself and it will give the other a lot of satisfaction that he was able to aggravate you.

If the bullies hurt you physically, talk to your parents and head of school. But MOST IMPORTANTLY, give those bullies a kick on their a** and other, well, mmm..... sensitive places. For that, you'll need to be physically fit. So get some training in martial arts. Show them that you are much better than them. Kick them left, right, forward and backward, and make their skin turn black and blue!

I've never been bullied, but if I were ever, I would do exactly the same things mentioned above.

Good Luck!!!

Telling teachers will make it worse, but is a good short term solution. If it's only verbal abuse just ignore them. If you want to go all out, walk up to the biggest kid, and kick him in the nuts. You really gonna just sit there and let them do whatever they want? You played soccer, do what's natural kid. Kick him in the nuts, as hard as you can, and I promise you they will not mess with you anymore. Bullies don't respond to anything other than violence because that's probly how they are dealt with in the home life. People will tell you directly to not do this, don't listen to them. If he is still standing after the first one keep kicking him, then punch him in the face. Call him a b i t c h. Degrade him in every way possible. Do it now, before you start bottling it all up inside, and become a serial killer.

I used to be bullied too and it was horrible. My parents gave me alot of support to get through it but the school couldn't really do much. My Mum would sit down with me and make me work out what percentage of my life I would spend with these people and it was quite small (even though I was at boarding school!). I came to the decision that the best thing to do was to throw myself into my studies and extra-curricular activities in order to show them that I would achieve despite them! Well now I'm the one with good qualifications, a great career and a fantastic fiance! I'm not in some second choice job or a single mum dropout!

Turn the pain around into something positive, I love to think that because of their efforts to upset me and hurt me I am now happy and successful. I thank my parents for their support in this as well.

So I suggest you tell your parents and ask for their help and support and turn the experience into something positive for the future. Remember 'He who laughs last laughs longest!'.

Good luck with it all, do something positive. Another thing I did was join a club outside of school, for me it was the Air Training Corps. Find a club that interests you as you will find like minded people. I am now a member of staff in the ATC and find that the uniform gets rid of alot of the barriers which cause bullying too.

I really hope you get through this, I did, it is possible trust me!

try not to let it get you down. Bullying can happen at any age, im in my 30's and felt picked on inmy previous job to the point of making myself sick. I left and know im happy where i am. The thing is its most probably there insecurities and uhappiness that are making them behave in such an unaccceptable manner. talk to someone close who you trust who knows you and knows them and try and understand whats going on. Dont blame yourself for anything but please talk to someone soon. xx
