Computer engineering is far more complex and challenging than, say, vehicular engineering or constuction engineering. It's more along the lines of rocket science or bio-warfare chemistry in degree of difficulty. Did you really expect to be able to come on a place like this and ask other people to do your homework assignment questions or you on a very challenging subject with questions that are written and designed to require the answerer to have a clear, well understood working knowledge of the subject matter beforehand. Questions like these, as I've said to many a peroson, are great for speciality groups, like the ones I've referenced below, that are perfect resources for students looking for people who may work in the area, or teach the subject. Otherwise I can only suggest reading your text book and figuring it out for yourself. Good luck with that. Blessed Be.
