I'm Iranian myself, so I'm not trying to be prejudice or anti-Middle East. I'm just curious as in Iran, law states that a man can have up to four wives if he can provide for them properly and equally. I was just wondering how many men have actually done that in Iran today.

Ask me how many men are afford to marry ! right now there's 4 million single men who are older than 30 ! polygamy ? it's a big joke here, maybe only super richs can have more than 1 wives (I doubt !) !

In Iran?? Say in Saudi Arabia, Pakistan,Jordan,Eygpt, Sudan, Turkey, ..etc...Millions and millions but wait! How many men in North America alone have more than one wife, sorry I mean girlefreind or something like that???????

we are not arab.our men have 1 wife but like other countries maybe 1 in 1000 mens have 2 wife.
