Does it bother your friend? If not, let it alone. If so, encourage him to see a doctor and maybe get on an exercise program with him. Support him. But, exercise is probably not going to fix his problem, I'm sure there is more to it than that. But just be a real good friend to him and let him know how much you love him no matter what he looks like. He's your friend now, you'll be his friend for now on no matter. depndign on his age, it's not uncommon for even thin men between the ages of 11-15 to develop extra breast tissue. ti uually goes away on it's own. It will also help him if he loses a little weight, but it could also be hormonal.

He should be evaluated by a doctor and then He should get a personal trainer and a mammogram. Men can get breast cancer too.
