You cannot do anything until the baby is born and then you can demand a DNA test. Tell her you will take no responsibility for the upbringing of this child until you have proof it is yours.

You will have to wait until she has the baby to find out if it is yours or not.
Ask for a dna test. And oh yea she might put the babys name in your last name on the birth certificate but you can name a baby whatever but it don't make it so.

if you're not married, most states require a paternity test and/or a voluntary declaration of paternity. I would definately have the baby tested when it is born and until then you're not required by law to do anything for her or the child.
