Yes my outer skin of the penis covered my head inside, having a small outer hole which not allowing my head coming outside during temptation.

During intercourse the head should be able to come out of the skin.. Ya normally the skin will cover it as it is very sensitive right? But u mean temptation only? Not intercourse is it? If u are excited, i think your penis will juz become stiff and "stand up".. Not necessary to have the head come out.. I'm also not sure, if u still have worries, can go see a male doctor, let him give u a check or what.. Gd luck

you could have a tight foreskin. this is normally identified at an early age though. this is not an unusual problem, speak to your doctor.
