listen to the rooster crow outside the window...

HOME OFFICES REALLY SUCK SOMETIMES!!!

I get exhausted at work- 12 hour days. Obviously if you are a smoker then smoking a cigarette once every few hours wakes you up. But if you don't then don't start please. But go to the bathroom and splash cold water on your face. If you are able to listen to music, listen to something you like. It will keep your attention! Stand up, walk around for a minute, drink some water, and refocus your attention on your work. You have to fool yourself that you want to be doing it.
