If you were to gaze at a beautiful face time would indeed go fast.
The time clock speed would be relatiely slow if the object of attention is a cynosure of eyes.
If you were simply looking at a watch/clock while Old Man Time would be slowly plodding his way you will feel that he has become arthritic
As Eienstein said Time is the Fourth Dimension and the movements would depend on your own accelleration.
As a poet said to a beautiful woman, 'While I look at a clock time appears to stand still but when I look at you it runs in leaps and bounds.
Said the Watch Repairer to the Customer,'But your machine is OK. Nothing wrong with it." "Naw, it does have a nasty habit of running fast when I am in good company and only plod at other times."
Sixty seconds do make a minitue and sixty minitues an hour. But the precise duration of a second is indeterminate and depends upon the surroundings.
Mahatma Gandhi on his scheduled visit to the British Parliament got delayed. The keepers of the Big Ben ,knowing Gandhijee as a stickler for keeping appointments ,felt that Big Ben was running rather fast. They held back the hands elicirting the headlines in the Times, 'Time waits for Mahatma.
Watchmaker to Assistant,'If any customer complains about the machine running spasmodically fast or slow try to elicit from him the precise timings when he noticed these irregularities."
Student to friend,'' The clocks at home are much too fast but those at school here are much too slow. Why do the elders not look them up?"
Lover to belowed at the rendezvous,You better get your watch checked. It tends to run very slow while keeping the appointment but begins to run fast once it gets here!"
Lady desceding on the Moon from her spaceship complains to the Captain,"How'sthat? I left today from earth but have arrived here at yesterday night?" "Yes M'am, You are travelling at more-than-the-speed of light!"

Yes, I guess time does go by pretty fast on here. Really that's the whole point for me...I do this while I'm at work (I work 3rd shifts.)
Hope this helps your question quota!
Have a Blessed day! :)

well time won't go by fast if you are just sitting and looking at the screen, look something up or play a gace or something you wont feel the time passing by!
