I go to my best friend and i tell her/him about what i feel because it is dangerous to keep it inside of you. or i sleep

I pray, then I ask God to bless me with a dream that will shed some light on whatever situation that is making me sad. And usually I have to ask him to put me to sleep too. When I do this, even if i'm wide awake, I fall asleep within 10 minutes max. When I wake-up I usually feel better. If I am somewhere that I can't go to sleep, I ask God to take away my sadness and fill me with the Holy Spirit. That usually makes me go from crying hysterically to smiling within 2 minutes. Try it, turn to God, he is amazing and he will help you everytime!

When i feel sad i try and focus on all the positive things in my life. Also i cry, i am an emotional person anyway.

realise that it will pass.try helping someone more needy than yourself to distract you from your sadness then treat yourself with a reward and remember that if you can feel sadness then you can feel joy which is normally just round the corner!

hmm !!! i listen my favourite music or when i m really very serious i go in my room close the door and try to figure out the reason of being sad. read postive books and all that kind of stuff !!!

I listen to some good music to bring my mood up out of the dump or think of something that makes me smile and think about the good things in life.
