I don't know why people come on here to ridicule and criticize others, or just make mean comments in general. What makes you people so bitter?

It just seems like those people shouldn't even bother. No matter how bad your life is, people have it worse. Consider the fact that you are sitting in infront of a computer reading and writing, not living in a box under the freeway, hungry and illiterate.

I don't consider myself bitter either. I try to give honest, helpful information in my answers. But, you must admit that there are some questions (and questioners) here that are just begging for abuse by those who answer. Teachers have always told me there's no such thing as a 'stupid question'. Frankly, I think they'd say otherwise if they saw some of the questions here. Some people's self-esteem is so low that they feel a need ridicule or criticize someone else. It gives them a feeling of empowerment. Besides most people are just plain miserable. If they can't be happy neither can you.

I have found people to be really helpful and I have found information that I have not been able to find anywhere else. I really like the intolerance for profanity and smut and porno and the fact that people can get really caring comments. My experience is different and I haven't had bitterness at all. I have seen a few people with angst and anger/other issues...but they are expressing themselves.
I am very happy with the dignified answers most people give. I hope that your experience improves,

Well, the people on here are just a reflection of whats out there in general...Most people are afraid, they are prisoners of their own narrow- mindedness and prejudices...and what better outlet for small petty people than an anonymous forum to vent ...

theres some people on here that are just so rude! You just got to ignore them! Theres also that there life is not so great so they try to make other peoples day just worse! I hoped that helped you!

Thats because they are too scared to open up in front of real people. they aer scared because they could be reall wrong and losers in real life. they spill thier poison here because they know that no one knows them and wont beat them up...
these people need this space more than us....lol
