While carrying out an operation to reopen the blocked Fallopian tubes is possible with advances in medical science, a better option would be artificial insemination or test tube baby whereby women ovum is fertilised with husband's sperm in a laboratory and then implanted in women's uterus. This technique is quite common and inexpensive these days.

Generally a tubal ligation can only be reversed if that reversal was planned before the operation. Contact the surgeon who performed the operation.
