Well, I'm talking about some ignorant punk dude that thinks all black people act like that. I've seen white people with soul and I've seen some nerdy black people who wouldn't last 8 seconds in a ghetto. It has nothing to do with skin tone! I have yet to see a redneck donate to the NAACP, or a 'Goth' person not help out a person in need. Everyone's different. Matters what you see on the outside. This may come as a shock, even you have flaws! -growup dude.

To me, that is pathetic! They are insecure kids with no personality and they try to emulate those that they perceive as,(COOL)! And to young white kids, black kids ARE cool! I have a friend who's daughter was acting that way from age 12 to 17, but now that she is an adult and is working, and having to wait on these kinds of kids, she finds them sickening, so I think most will grow out of it, hopefully!

stupid rich kids who want to be poor, they think that ****=cool. but we should change the "black" to ghetto because there are many black people who dont act that way. chris rock said it best "there are black poeple and there are *******." no matter what color or race you are dont behave like crap. if you do youre a cancer to society and should be locked away

you can ask the same question the other way round as why some black people act like they are white?
It depends on the neighbourhood in which they grow up in.
The whites you mentioned in your post refer to those who live in the big cities like SFO, LA, NY, NJ, Philly etc. which have traditionally large black populations.
Whereas the blacks that I mentioned are from the rich-suburbs which are usually occupied by middle-class or rich white families.
