how do you deal with cps and can you keep them from bugging you ?

i have had cps in and out of my life for 4 years and its all false reports but the still come in and try to take over. im just worried and confused

The only way cops would bug you is if they had probable cause to, like if your a suspect in a big crime they are having difficulty closing, or if they are told to because you pissed off their boss's boss's boss. My suggestion, go to your nearest police station and ask to speak to an officer about how your being treated. Make sure the person you speak to is not one of the people bugging you. Tell them your story, and they are required by law to file your complaint, which makes their harrassment public knowledge. If they don't stop immediately after this (they most likely will), then go to a news media broadcaster with your copy of the report you filed at the station that day (the police are also required to give you an exact copy of your complaint), and make your situation more public. continue to increase the publicity of how your being treated till your either charged with a crime (then you can fight law with law), or left alone. This all is assuming you don't want to take the easy option and move away from the harrasment (which will only serve to permit those cops to do what happened to you to another person or family). Stop the corrupt behaviour, have those responsible take responsibility, and continue your life the way you want.
