If you want 1.500 Euros (as noted in your question) it is a job of just three hours in the said factory. But if you need 1500 Euros, you will have to work for about 16.5 hours per day for 44 days and for 7.5 hours for the 45th day. TRY YOUR LUCK.

You had to specify that you live in RO? ok than, sell a kidney, sell a child, that's what romanians do, ok?
if you earn 0.5 eur/h that means in a month you have 80 eur/month? (3 milioane? ce esti frate? maturator???)

Sell whatever Euros or old Romanian coins you have on eBay to Americans they will pay plenty and you may double or triple your money.
