There are STD's out there that can be passed to your mouth. Pretty NASTY!

Not generally. The only STD I know of that gets passed from oral to genital and vise versa is Herpes. (well, Aids could be I guess).

If you have a cold sore, you could give someone genital herpes - and that stays with them for life.

Gonnorhea and chlamydia I don't think will. There are meds if you are uncertain.

Just be clean.
