Although I am a MtF (male to female) transsexual, and I am physically male (for now), I consider myself a woman, but I do know much about the penis.

The penis is a tube consisting of the corpus spongiosum on the top and the urethra on the bottom. The corpus spongiosum is a tissue that has blood flowing through it all the time. for an erection to occur, there are sphincter muscles that block the flow of blood from leaving the penis, which results in the penis being filled with blood from the blood pressure generated by the heart.

Some men can make their penis wiggle up and down with muscles attached to the base of the penis and the abdominal wall. The penis, however, is a passive organ relying solely on blood pressure to make it erect. There are no muscles in the penis itself, but lots of nerve endings.

Neither, actually.

It is spongy tissue, filled with lots of blood vessels and veins. When a man gets sexually aroused the blood rushes to his penis. That's why it gets hard and sticks out.

Lot's of times erections come all by themselves quite often in a public setting when an erection is not wanted!

I think most men would find it difficult to say that they could prevent an erection if aroused.

the penis is composed of two spongy tissues in both sides and 1 in the posterior side. when there is physical or mental stimulation, blood will rush immediately to the spongy tissues and causes the penis to grow bigger and harder.

an early morning ***** is caused by the stimulation of the prostate gland by the bladder which is filled up with urine. this stimulation is misinterpreted by the brain as a sexual stimulation and that's why it causes an erection. isn't that great!

its both, a muscle that filled with blood vessels. Do you know what happens if you lose a limb, the blood rushes every where else to support that limb, the same happens with your dick, the brain sends the blood to the part that needs help in this case your dick see. If you have a really large dick like me then its not always possible to get a real real hardon cos it takes too much blood from the brain, who wants to control it anyway hardons are fun, if I get one I always look people in the eye to see if their looking, you'll be surprised how many do look down that way.

simply:
the penis is like 2 empty bags (in its rest position),
with arousal the body pushes extra blood in these bags, which by the way have valves to prevent the blood from going back.
the pressure inside the penis increase and thus increase in size and harden (during erection)
that's why the penis goes red (full of blood)
remember: no muscle

How old are you??? Did you ever take sex ed?? It's blood that makes it get hard and no, we have no control over it getting hard. Once a thought gets in our head, it shoots up. It doesn't go down until we either think about something else or shoot our load. How about you come watch my d*ick get hard?? Then, after I'm done, watch it get soft.

It's a chamber that fills with blood. And no, we can't stop it happening. And heck I've tried. My wife loves dressing up just to get it going. She's a good girl and thankfully she sorts it out after all that.

neither. it's a collegen wrapped bladder that fills with blood to get stiff. extremely large ones can't get hard as they would deprive the brain of blood, and you would pass out.

erections happen spontaniously, anything can trigger it, men have no control.
