what is the procedure and how would i get to work there, should i just sent of my cv to people?

just to add a few details, i am not going to work for minium or even below, i am educated and experienced and am looking for more a desk/office job not grunt work

2.THEN GAIN EXPERIENCE FOR ATLEAST 5 YRS.
3.APPLY ONLINE TO VARIOUS COMPANIES IN USA AND APPLY ALSO THROUGH YOUR CONTACTS.

The law on this is changing rapidly, so it's worth your while to check out the current situation. It may soon become much easier to get a green card. However, that will come with making it harder on you if you get work without a green card. And harder on the employer, too, so they won't hire you.

You should not send your CV, or anything in writing, unless you are prepared to do the necessary to get a green card.

You and a couple of your buddies can take a legal US citizens job if you work for less than minimum wage. It's already happening all over the US. It doesn't matter that American citizens have families to feed too. That's already been established. So, go for it.

Preferrably legally. There is a site in which you can register to win one of 50,000 permanent visas. There are strict requirements, so make sure you go over it well. Good luck.
