Always finish a course of antibiotics, and do as the doctor recommends. If you stop taking antibiotics, because you are feeling better or feel that you don't have the need to take it, it will result in stronger bacteria and therefore your infection will persist and will be harder to fix the next time. Also drink lots of water and cranberry juice. So, please finish the course of antibiotics.

If your itchy clitoris happened after you started taking these antibiotics, then you definitely have thrush. You always need to finish the full course of antibiotics otherwise the problem will come back. Drinking lots of fluids and especially cranberry juice is a good idea. Thrush can be treated by pessaries.
