Pisces and Scorpios are very emotional, with the difference that Pisces are sensitive, Scorpios are passionate. They both tend to keep their intense feelings and passions hidden and they might become heavy for them to carry inside. They might be prone to alcohol and drug use because they're troubled people, they find it hard to be serene and they seek refuge in alcohol or drugs. Pisces are prone to dark depressions, too or to problems as anorexia. Scorpios seem strong but they're often insicure about their mate's feelings and this can lead them to violent, often physical, quarrels.
Also Pisces or Scorpio rising sign has an heavy influence on people (i'm a Capricorn with Pisces rising sign and it created me problems more than once: i'm too emotional, sensitive and troubled) with the same effect said above.
Cancers might have nervous problems, because they tend to worry a lot about everything.
Virgos think they're only accurate, but their precision and their constant looking for perfection is almost manic.
Capricorns seem strong but they're very insecure.
some examples: Kurt Cobain was a Pisces, Courtney Love is a Cancer, Janis Joplin was a Capricorn, Charles Manson was a Scorpio, Edgar Allan Poe (not so sane after all) was a Capricorn.

I can be both extremely. So I have Pisces Sun. We have the reputation of being an emotional sign. I wouldn't argue with anyone who says that we're actually THE most emotional sign. But then again, I have Virgo Moon. The Moon rules emotions and since I have a composed sign as my Moon, I can be cold too. I show no emotion at all when I don't feel like showing emotion but when I don't restrain my feelings, I become very sincere. But if I had to pick one, I'm more cold than I am emotional. Pisces Sun. Virgo Moon. Taurus Rising.

The water signs, Pisces, Cancer, and Scorpio. Pretty much in that order too. Pisces dont like to deal with reality and are constantly trying to find ways to escape it. Cancers are usually the extremists and that can cause all sorts of problems. Scorpio is the most stable but their jealousy and such gets them all the time.

I'd say Aries.
I have heard that Ariens are the most emotionally unstable.
I am Aries, and I know a lot of Ariens who have emotional problems.
It is to do with being very passionate, but also possessive. Scorpio also often have emotional issues.

It depends on your view, I am a Pisces myself and I can have the tendency to be very emotional from time to time.

Picses are extremely emotionally unbalanced. Since they live within their imagination, it is hard for them to accept real life when it hits them in the face. They can cry at the drop of a dime. And their feelings can get hurt so easily.

Pisces tends to have problems with temptation...like being prone to alcohol or drug abuse. Scorpios are often very jealous. Aries is usually out for itself....Sagittarius is unpredicatble and irresponsible....they all have a little weirdo in them.

I don’t know about being crazy, but I’ve found that I absolutely cannot trust a Scorpio.
