i am trying to concive before my husband deploys for iraq!!! help me....he leaves soon, and i know i am ovulating right now.

After you make love, lift your hips and legs up and do the bicycling exercise with your feet in the air. It helps the sperm travel faster.
Then, put your feet up on two pillows and rest in bed for an hour.

missionary with your legs on his shoulders! he will go deep and when he "goes", it will be closer to your cervix and the sperm won't have to travel so far. if that hurts you, try any position, but lay on your back afterwards for about 30 mins. sperm liquifies in about 15 mins, so you have to be quick

place a pillow under your bum and gravity will do the rest.wait a while before getting up.good luck x
