The law firm I worked for used to "open the bar" every first Friday of the month at 4:00 p.m. We were scheduled to work until 5:00, but of course that last hour on Friday is usually wasted anyway. So we'd have some snacks and a beer or two, or sometimes margaritas with salsa and chips, and hang out together in the conference room, telling funny stories and loosening up. It was great, because the lawyers and the secretaries and the file clerk and the rest of the support staff all talked together on a first-name basis. Great for morale!

how about giving them a health savings program. As for activities how about a company picnic or other outing most parks have a space you can rent for the day. Another idea is that you can buy a bunch of American express gift cards or other gift cards and give them out as rewards for attendance etc

1.Motivation, is the best way to enhance their performance.
Depending upon your organization/system, you can give them targets and reward if they achieved.
and then you can increase the value of the reward if they get the targets and you want to increase the targets.
2. You can arrange for combine trip or outing or arrange some party, participate in any sports activities.

Our company has a free dinner every week if we hit our sales goals. they give us a 20 dollar limit, so its not all that expensive, and it boosts team morale and gives us a feeling of appreciation for doing a good job. they also give us daily incentives, like 10 bucks for most sales, things like that.
