Chandra stands for moon,but the part later is either Shekor or Shikhor or Shekhor.
Well,Shekor means root,
Shikhor means peak,
Shekhor means brightness.
But according to Indian mythology,Chandrashekhor is a side name for Lord Shiva,who is always ready to forgive.
