I really like his movies, very impressed. "The Village" was awesome, so awesome! It wasn't supposed to be some horror flick, it had a genuine message about being conditioned to fear things that are made up by our superiors for their benefit and supposedly ours.

Excellent Movie Concepts that generally are good conversation starters. You can take any of his movies and analyze the characters and situations on several different levels..its quite impressive. Not to mention the fact that his movies always have a twist that allow you to see a whole different movie the second time around (after you're in on the secret) Even The Village, which I found somewhat disappointing was a well thought out movie with a pretty cool premise. All his movies are thought-provoking. My personal favorite would have to be Unbreakable, because of the whole superhero/modern myth theory that he suggests in the movie. Finally, I think its pretty kick *** that he makes a cameo in all his movies.

He's my favourite director. I love all his films. Signs would be my favourite - creepy atmosphere. I loved the foreshadowing in The Sixth Sense. Looking forward to Lady in the Water.

As for the 'Buried Secrets' thing... It's a mocumentary. Shyamalan worked with the producers of it. It was to create hype of the upcoming movie The Village at the time.

I saw The Village.. once. It was the most boring, unamusing movie I have ever seen in my life. I will definately not be wasting my time on that one again.

Needless to say, I was very surprised to learn that the same guy who did that horrible mess of a movie, also did The Sixth Sense (which in my opinion, was very good).

The Village was just plain awful..

Still think that his best work is The Sixth Sense - very clever.
The Village was more of a love story between Bryce & Joaquins' characters & serves as a cautionary tale that some things are just beyond our control.

I really like his movies. The only one I don't care for is Unbreakable, but I think every movie is better than the last. I love The Village, I even have the score soundtrack. I can't wait till Lady in the Water comes out (July 21). It looks really good.

I have seen it, but I don't know if it's true. It was be interesting if it was. M. Night Shyamalans is brilliant to say the least. His ability to twist something normal into the frightening world of supernatural and sci-fi is amazing. His movies always terrify me, but I keep seeing them and I know that I will be going to see his newest.

This man will go down in history as another Hitchcock. Have you noticed how he always shows up in every one of his movies? Is that a coincident or what, eh!

I love his work and the fact that he is not afraid to express what he feels. Did you hear about the manner in which he told the boss lady at Disney studios to shove it?

The man has brains and balls!

Dont remind me! It freaked me out eventhough it was so oviously untrue! He is not bad though, he will never be make a better movie than the Sixth Sense, though.Pity! It's so unfortunate when you peak at the beginning of your career. Look at poor Mike Oldfield or even Anne Paquin.
