There's nothing noteworthy about iPods except that they're overpriced, heavily advertised and they crash PCs. I have a Lyra player and it's aweosme (not to mention that it only cost $40)

I think an iPod is the best player on the market; it's layout is so easy, it's so well organized, the album art capability is really useful, you can make playlists on the go and there's the whole video thing. I think it is DEFINATELY worth the money over any other MP3 player avalible now. I use mine every single day and would be hard pressed to go without.

MP3 player I have one and I reckon its not worth buying an ipod just by adding up the pros and cons.

Having had both, I can say that I prefer the Ipod over the Creative Labs that I used to have. It was definitely worth it to me..but either way PLEASE get it at Best Buy and get the warranty...it was worth its weight in GOLD!
