Basically, they're all right, you can think of something boring or just continuous practice. Trust me I use to be like that. The first time my girlfriend sucked me off I felt like I was going to explode, but for some reason I was able to hold it back while even thinking about all of it. The best would be being able to control your PC muscles, I guess you could call it your orgasm muscle, you also control it while urinating. But the best solution naturally would be to continue having sex or oral sex, and practice, or learn to control your PC muslce which isn't too hard to do. There is a book by a guy named Mantak Chia called "The Multi-orgasmic Man", in it he teaches you the secrets of using your Perineum muscle to stop ejaculation. There are other books as well. Lets just say after training your perineum muscle it is possible to control your ejaculations and have sex for potentially hours.

It is possible to control an ejaculation by either stopping right before you reach the point of no return or by thinking about something totally boring or switching it up to something that doesn't allow you to finish fast in bed.

well the film guy take meds that cut of sensitivity. they also have "training as well. i can only last 5 min. during sex like most guys if that makes u any more comfortable. actually incresed sex can reduce sisitivty too. ur wife may also be "tha dang good"

You can control ejaculation but still have orgasm. This will take a little practice - before orgasm lightly to moderatly pull tug on your testicles and you wont have an ejaculation but can still orgasm.
