The best way would be to call the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission

Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission
Indiana Government Center South, Room E-114
302 W. Washington Street
Indianapolis, IN 4620
(317) 232-2430 (voice)
(317) 234-1520 (fax)

It reallsy does depend on your use, location, food service, clientel, property owner vs. property renter/leaser and a couple of other things. Initially you will have to pay one-time fees ranging from $1375 - $4890 depending on factors listed above. Then yearly these prices can fluctuate, but normally you pay roughly 2/3 of what you paid year 1.
