I was so nervous during interview. (this was my 5-6 times interview this year, but i still can't have any improvement)
At first i was quite calm, but everytimes when the interviewer came in, my heart beating so fast and my voice was shaking...what could i do? anypractice i can do to help?

I suggest you go and sing Karaoke each week. It will help you learn to redirect your nervous energy while in a fun environment. Your problem is basic performance anxiety...so try karaoke.

I find that it is an exercise in accepting things that I cannot control. The more peace that I have in my life when dealing with situations out of my control the better I can handle stressful situations like that.

Try doing calls and talking to HR people on phone. Just call different companies and talk to those people, so that u will do better when u meet them personally.

Be yourself and tell the interviewer to go phuck him/herself.

i think learning to meditate would help.
