First of all, is Colombia... second, is the Guerrilla the one doing it for money and to scare the government... many people think that they do it becasue they need money for weapons and suplies.

firstly is political to get government attention,secondly is the law is not strict enough harsh punishment should be post,example the capital punishment. finally corruption that make the people feel uneven inthe rich and the poor
