Its one of the versions of BNL's If I had a Million Dollars, where Steve and Ed go off on their little rant midway through the song. Brian Street theatre is actually their treehouse.
They actually changed one of the lines about Mac and Cheese to Fruit roll ups because people were hucking mac and cheese at shows when they sang that part.
Fruit roll ups were gentler.. so they started singing that instead.

People probably aren't finding it in searches because that part of the song changes depending on which album the song was taken from (greatest hits or the first album it was on)- It also changes every time they perform it. I saw them live and the rambling part really was a ramble- they want on for a good 20 minutes!!
