I would like to find out a god or mythological figure who shouted and spoke and (everyone or no-one) heard. Any relations to this theme is great! Thanks - I wouldn't know where to start looking.

Bradley P got it half right, the Roman god Stentor was originated by the Greek legend Stentor who's shouting could beat the war cry of over 60 men, he challenged Hermes to a shouting contest, Hermes cheated and used the sounds of weapon clashing, volcanic eruptions, waves hitting the shore, and the sound of thunder, and against Stentor, Stentor lost, he was so upset by this he killed him self by stabbing a sword deep into his stomach, the name originated in Greek Mythology as a legend, the Roman took it in their mythology as a god

I am sure there was a roman god somewhere along the way regarding shouting, I mean there was a Roman Goddess of sewers and aqueducts (I'm thinkin' to get people to buy their state products...heh)

But I have not heard of such a namefor public speaking/debate/shouting

If you need a name to finish a paper, should I suggest the Muses....perhaps Calliope, Muse of Eloquance and Poetry? Clio, Muse of History
Calliope was seen as the leader of the Muses often seen with a stylus and board akin to a PDA, something that held facts or notes.

Oh! I remember this one from High School, from my research paper on the linages of Greek and Roman Mythologies--it tied into a senior paper I was doing on historical monsters....

It was a Roman godling (young god) or demi-god, named Stentor, and he was supposed to be loud enough that his whispers could be heard in the *back seats* of the Roman Senate. His normal speech was literally audible from miles away, hundreds of miles if he shouted and was near a mountain.

A mythological figure that no one heard might be someone like Cassandra, from the Trojan War, who had the gift of prophecy but no one believed her. She was given the gift by Apollo, who later regretted it. Since a god-given gift could not be taken back, he made it so no one believed anything she said. She predicted the outcome of the war but the Trojans ignored her.
