Of course it's o.k., wait let me rephrase that. IT'S BLOODY FREAKING WONDERFUL!!!!! I love heels and pantyhose, I have been wearing them since I was 9yrs old. Don't let anyone stop you from enjoying yourself and looking awesome. Do it, feel great and enjoy.

I'm a guy who has been wearing heels for more than 20 years, and I think it's ok as long as you're comfortable with it. I regularly wear loafers, mules, slings and pumps out in public mostly with jeans and slacks and sometimes with hose. I own more than 40 pairs of womens shoes with a variety of heel heights. I am always interested to know how women out there feel about this.

It is okay,..........But, the real answer here becomes a question. Is it appropriate? Then the subject of society and public decencies and work place dress-code have to be addressed. Be aware some cities in the country have their own code regarding cross dressing in public, And, what about all the gay bashers, wearing this kind of clothing could get you killed.
So in the end, wear what you like... because it may be okay but, its inappropriate, immoral, indecent, intolerable and quite possibly illegal.

As long as you wear a matching bra and panty set with your pantyhose. Enjoy being a cross dresser and if you want to come out of the closet then do so.

On the one hand, it's just clothing...
On the other hand, what causes a man to specifically want to wear clothing that was not intended for men to wear?
I'm gonna go with a "not ok" on this one. Something must be wrong with a dude who wants to wear women's clothing. It's not that it's unnatural... but that's like going out of your way to eat dog food... why would you?
