May be the network connection is bad...or maybe the website u are trying is a wrong one..or may be the network settings are wrong..check them out. Its probably no longer available and its not 5 points its two for answering and 10 when you choose the best answer. It might be blocked. check in your internet options for blocked websites.

Please try deleting the internet cache and purging the cookies... this happens when a lot of internet garbage is collected on the computer... try opening it with www.abc.com. Dont use the autocomplete .

1st cheack if the web site is existing if yes
2nd cheack u r pc for spyware using a antispy software
3rd restart u r pc then connect

Try flushing your DNS cache. click start,run,cmd,
ipconfig \flushdns
You may have to do this several times before your computer finds a route that is working.
