birthmarks fade, but they also grow with the part of body it is on.(i,too, also have a birthmark on my hand.)
there's also a possibility that it may not be a birthmark, so check with a doctor.

You may want to go to your doctor to see if it's something serious ,I would be scared if I had a birthmark that got bigger it could be a sign that something is happening ! Please go to your dr.

I don't think birthmarks are supposed to grow.. you need to see a doc fast!

Like your skin it stretches as you grow, but sometimes changing marks need to be investigated just incase they are something more sinister.............
Go to your General Practitioner for an opinion.

it might actually be a melanoma......which is skin cancer ....you really should get that checked out ASAP....skin cancer is nothing to play with......
