No cahnce but you can float and even read a book on it I've seen it happen it has to do with teh salt content that makes your body light. Plus the water is used for producing cosmetics by Israeli firms

no , the water of dead sea is very salty because no fresh water source like rivers falls in it .
people don't die if they swim in dead sea

No but since the salt content is 300ppm (nine times greater then the average ocean) you will float really well.
