The way that they carry themselves. I confident attiutude, but substance behide it to back it up. Someone that doesn't take confidence overboard and are just plain out nasty.
I think that a woman should be a woman at all times, the way they speak, dress, act, cleaniness. One of the biggest things I hate about my same sex is those woman that will go out the house dressed to kill, but when you go into their homes the house is just plain out nasty. Cloths every where a sink of dirty dishes, stuff like that.
I like in woman which seems to be very hard to find is one that isn't a ho and will do anything for a mans attention.

As a girl, in other girls I like the way they carry themselves. Their personality really matters. In this is included, their confidence, their makeup styles, hairdo, and clothes, etc.
It is not really imp to be very beautiful. Sometimes your orientation makes your normal girl-next-door looks stand above others.
What if the woman is wearing the fanciest apparel but is after all hunched and gawking? Spoils all the fun.
