See below site on how a woman got rid of very bad cramps from endometriosis (inflammation of uterus) by fasting right before menstruation.
Here is a secret that you can use your whole life. If you are nauseous or don't have appetite, your body is telling you to fast. Read this info and you can conquer the discomfort. Jesus had the same problem as you, so She fasted for 40 days. Jesus was really a woman. Just kidding but He did figure that He needed to fast.
If it does not work, you have my permission to email me and yell at me as a consolation.

I'm assuming you mean period cramps. I fully understand! I am like you and the only thing that cures them (most the time) is to curl up with a heating pad and take some pain pills. A lot of women take birth control pills, because it also regulates your period. You'll spot bleed for the first month, but afterwards you should be fine. A lot of times, bad cramps are caused by cysts. They aren't life threatening, unless they burst. But they kind of block the flow of blood in your uterus and forms clots, making it painful. They are surgically removed. I would definately see a doctor. If it makes you feel any better, my periods got a little better after I hit age 19!

Try Motrin. Heating pad on your abdomen, Hot bath, get someone to massage your feet, if you don't exercise now start doing it. Exercise every day but build up how long you exercise. My doctor suggested walking for 30 minutes or longer. That really helps. I am guessing by your Avatar that you are 16 or 17. I am 17 and I go through the exact same things that you go through. The cramps get so bad sometimes that it makes me cry. But I started doing those things and it helped. PMS Sucks!

What you are describing sounds serious, so you need to go to the doctor immediately. Until you can get an appointment, take hot baths, eat crackers and drink sprite, take midol, do whatever you can to help ease the pain. If your pain progresses, go to the E.R. Please take my advice, because your symptoms are not normal, no matter what anyone tells you.

If what you say is true, you need to see a gynecologist right now! Passing out and vomiting are not typical accompaniments to menstrual cramps.
