I think it's funny that Yankee fans have started saying the Red Sox suck to try to turn the whole Yankees suck thing around. They'll never be successful at it though. I'm from Boston, and over the last 3 years, I've heard Yankees suck chants at Fenway against every team they've played, at the movies, at proms, at the airport...Yankees clearly suck, and that phrase is meant for no other team but them.

as for the bullpen how does a guy who is 23/24 on the year suck in saves
4-5 pitchers have been hurt all year and the farm has stepped in

suck is a strong word. the Royals suck. The Mariners suck.
The Sox are a good team, but not great. the AL is tough as hell. if the Sx get another quality starter, they might be able to compete for the AL championship.

What kind of suck do you mean? Suck as in "can't stand them," or suck as in "really bad?"
Either way, I don't really think they suck. The Cubs suck, but I can say that, cause I'm a huge fan. :) And also because they have been doing so poorly. I'm used to it; they've been doing it for years. Also the Cardinals suck, but that's just because I can't stand them (sorry to all you red bird fans reading this - gotta keep the rivalry alive!). LOL.
