Change your e-mail, and stop signing up for it. It's as inconvenient as changing your phone number because you have to tell all your friends what your new e-mail is, but it really is the only effective way.

By the way, often, clicking on the "take me off your mail list" notice at the bottom only serves to confirm your e-mail. It only invites more "spam".

if u want stop pornography in ur mail u can do it. if u join any group u can unsubsribe them. or can add the those mail id in spam. and one another is that u can unsubscibe all the mail those send u pornography .

hey if u r underage then first block that address who is sending u this & if u have a yahoo mail account then it has a spam guard on it & u'll be relaxed.

Or open a new email account with a name difficult to enter by random.
Easy account names like [e-mail] will probably get more junk mails to its email account compared to account names longer than 10 letters and numbers.

Or just reply 1000 times to the company who send you. It will flood them, who knows maybe their system will get stuck =P
