that says your 3 day trial expired, it comes up everytime I turn on my computer? I tried a site for 3 days and didn't cancel didn't think I had to thought they would ask for a yes or no..well this bugger comes on and is soo anoying help its ruining my computer how do I get it off. I contacted the company they said email the webmaster...I did and the bugger hasn't left? Computer wizzards please help? Greatly Appreciate it!!!

Tell it to bugger off? ;)
Go to the Control Panel and select "Add or Remove Programs"... look for this company's application on the list, then click to remove it. Let the computer do that, then restart.
If it's still there, you can use the "search" function to track down other files with that company name and that might help you... but if you get much beyond that level you'll probably need to bring it in to a repair shop and have someone look at it for you. Which isn't terribly expensive. Good luck with it! :)

Run your antispyware programmes (spybot S & D, Windows defender, Adaware SE etc) this may help.
ccleaner will show all programes and has remove options and finally if running windows XP have you tried a restore point earlier than the time you installed the problem programme ?
