I have many of these days! I'll tell you what I do: I brush my teeth so at least my breath won't be horrible. Wash my face and put on makeup very carefully so at least I have that going for me. I either pull my hair back into a ponytail and use a pretty clasp or I put it in 1 braid down my back or in a nice, cute bun. This way if the hair is bad or dirty I can at least control what it's doing. I put on some nice earrings to help disguise the funk. A pretty necklace works, too. (Myself, I only wear 1 piece of jewelry at any given time: too many women over-do it with too much jewelry). I put on scent - this also helps disguise that this is a funky day for you and indicates to others that it's just another normal day for you. I find something to put on - if - possible - that is tried and true and I know I can count on to hold up and look good: an excellent top or t shirt and the same with the bottoms - my most reliable pants or skirt.

Mark my words: as soon as you go out the door looking like hell you'll run into 5 people that you'd rather die than run into, so do your best. I usually find that if I do the above I'm the only person who will ever know that I'm having a "bad everything day".

I just go and do what I need to do and leave the worring about what everyone thinks for someone who is willing to do that for me. If I have to go out and don't feel like it because of a 'bad day' I do my best not to take it out on everyone I have to deal with.

Had many days like this, think positive, put some rosy blush and lipgloss on. Say the mantra "I am beautiful and I can do anything". Or stay home and have a bubble bath and paint your nails...

i dress comfy. if i have to leave the house and look and feel like crap then no way in hell am i gonna try to impress anybody.

start with working on yourself, match up things, and paint your toenails and fingernails.....don't forget the perfume.....any time you are down you can celebrate just being a woman.....pace your self when your down...it will take your mind off your misery....good luck
