There is a flag at the bottom of the page click it to go to french pages

You have to create a new account in http://fr.yahoo.com/ , you cant convert your account language.

Oh i take that back. If you go to your Account Settings when youre logged in you can change your "Language and Content Settings" from Yahoo U.S. to Yahoo France
