For the married guys to answers with regard to roving eyes?

I am not talking just about young men. (Hint, I am 42) Why do some hubands feel the need to do this while you are right there and can obviously see this? I am personally not the jealous type, it's a matter of respect to me. This is not saying that a man would act on whatever it is he is feeling at that time. And that he is good in so many other ways. But it is quite demeaning to the woman and causes resentment. Especially if you are out with another couple and they too notice his roving eyes.
